A Copenhagen Cocktail please!
This summer Copenhagen has had a cocktail named after it, the Copenhagen Cocktail. At a competition arranged by VisitCopenhagen a number of cocktails were created and tasted, and the winner, with the right to be called the Copenhagen Cocktail, consisting of these ingredients, was chosen:- 5 cl. Bols Genever
- 2 cl. Cherry Heering Liqueur
- 2 cl. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 cl. sugar syrup (eg Monin)
- 1 splash of Angostura Bitters
Shaken with ice cubes. Served without ice.
Peel a slice of orange and decorate the cocktail with it, to make the orange flavor float on top of the cocktail.
